針對 TO 製程研發之半自動插件機，此機台可取代繁雜耗時的插件作業，搭配自動刷腳機構，將材料自動插入 Burn-In 板。

A semi-automatic plug-in machine developed for the TO process. This machine can replace the complicated and time-consuming plug-in operations. It is equipped with an automatic foot brushing mechanism to automatically insert materials into the Burn-In board.
