ㄧ、機台說明 Machine Description

此機台適用TO-56產品,可CCD自動辨識腳位方向, 材料有無定位皆可生產,

TRAY盤入料,透過P&P結構將材料移載整腳站,經過特殊整腳動作將腳位張開,

再將材料移載到出料的TRAY盤, LIV & WL 2組測試站。

This machine is used for TO-56 products. The CCD can automatically identify the direction of the foot. The material can be produced with or without positioning. The  tray is feeding , and the material is transferred to the whole foot station through the P&P structure. Open, and then transfer the material to the discharged TRAY tray, LIV & WL 2 test stations.
